wow i havent written in foreverr!!!!!!!!!! this is crazy so im gunna try to keep this up! we'll see how long this lasts. ok well good news everyone we got 2nd at state!!!!! ahhim soo excited! umm lets see xc is over and ihave soo much free times its crazy and two full weeks of nothing. its going to be great. yes the xc banquet is soon im so excited. i love xc banquets!

Wow its been a very long time since i updated! i think im gunna try and keep this up for a lil while and see how it goes... who know maybe I will accomplish something

well summer has been good on average. Went to the british virgin islands very good trip. Xc practice has started. new coach is very umm interesting...
Dead period has started.. yay...
trying to learn how to highjump...hahaha not a wiz at that.
Summer sizzle 5k race is coming everyone who wants to do it should! July 9th at HHS
going to the country soon after that... haha IOWA! nothing to do there at all so probally expect a lot of updates..

Got new rainbow colored shoelaces, very pumped.
saw the perfect man today... hahaha cute though.

well just got back from NEw Orleanss!!
very very fun trip!!!
i set a PR for my 400 and i made the finalss!! our 4x800 team got 2nd!! woott
everyone else did awesome. :)
and the buses... haha wow great times...! so many funny stuff happened to hard to retell...

ohh yeah today...

ahh it tis the end of spring break! and im upset... i hate school and i hate homework! haha i'll live.. i guess

well today we had a track meet, and yeah it was pretty cool! the whole team did rlly well overall! and im happy the times i ran... even though i realy want to improve.

well thats pretty much all i did todayy, and tomorrow is just homework day! just procrastinating till the end of spring break... but hey thats what everyone else does!!

hehe well yess i will probally update soon.

hey everyone

well its spring break and that it kinda sucks. its horrible weather, and well im stuck in memphis tennessee. and that explains everything. I've decided when im older im def. living by a beach.

well practice has been alright. our first meet is saturday... running the 400, 4x800 and maybe the 4x400 haha its between me and michelle!! hmm i dunno who will run it. Friday we might go bowling which is kinda cool but i don't understand why it has to be downtown! ohh well

well i just finished a book with a horrible ending! blahh im a kind of person who loves happy endings especially if its in a book! haha ohh well. Its already wednesday.. halfway through spring break... getting closer till school starts again and im def. not looking forward to it.

nothing really else going on.... for i wish to escape... to run away... were its sunny, warm, a beach, where i can get a tan!! hhaha wow that sure is one heck of a dream..

Yes i havent updated in awhile but yeah i'll just give u some highlights!
*coach c quit! that was such a sad dayy! i've had so many great times w/ him and the team. and i've only known him for about a year now but yes so many experiences.. its just so sad to see him go...

well on a brighter note spring break is herr!!!!! wooo hoo!! ahah yeah i have practice today at 2 and ihavent gone the last 2 days cuz i've been sick... but yeah im all better!! hehe
well im really looking forward to spring breakk!! hopefully i'll get to do sum fun stuff!

well i def. havent updated in awhile... not much has happened
practice had been awesome the past week.
Laying on the high jump map.....
wow Wednesdays practice= unforgettablee!! i love alicia, michelle, and Christinee!!
then thursday we had 3X1600, my group hit there times!! haha it was diffuclt but i felt so good afterwards.
Friday was a timetrial... did alright... i was super sore for the day before

well grandparents are here... just relaxing and delivering donuts!! haha wow i've had like 5! mm they're so good!! but i have to stop!! hehe
well yess my live is quite boring at the moment...
so sorry but its alright you don't have to read this if you don't want to!!

hm yess i am bored out of my mind right now.
i need to get out of here.
well i havent updated in awhile but nothing has really happened that big.
practice is like hard everyday now... which sux but i'll get over it.
The sun out so that make me kinda happy
well i think im going to the Dessert show but thats it!
maybe i can go to aubreys socccer game at 3:30 but yeah no ones home.
parents are in nashville and colin is gone cleaning the track and wont be back for awhile
so yess its just me! haha
i layed out in the sun forawhile trying to get some sun, just got more freckles.. Joy!

Ah well today was alright
School went ok, i just kept thinking it was monday but it was actually tuesday!!
The three day weekend went by way too fast.
Track Practice was Hard we had time trials a 1200 and 400! everyone did awesome
well shelby farms tomorrow! woot woot!
always trying to look as the cup to be half full instead of half empty!
haha well that was kinda random!
i burned a cd! yess !

Yesterday was awesome.
School was alright but it was friday so thats all it mattered
Practice was actually quite fun and omgg yess thats all i can say.
Coach gave us pixie sticks!! haha yess
then i bought the notebook and
lori, and sarah came over and we watched itt!!
hah yess today im getting my haircut :D :D

well i might go to oldnavy and target later too goo shopping!!

** well yesterday i went to go see in good company with some friends
the movie was horrible!! i hated it ugg that was a waste of 8 dollars!!
** well today was a much better day... i went to target and old navy and got some really cute shirts!
im excited!! haha
** then i went to go see Hide and Seek w/ ma madrea (SP?) haha wow it was a freaky movie! but good it was the
physciological thriller kind....
